Booking, Reservation & Payment​

• A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. 

• Payments accepted: Credit Card, Cash, and E-transfer​

• ​Receipts are provided upon request for Registered Massage Therapy.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Lateness

• ​24 hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 75% of the treatment fee.
• Exceptions for emergencies may be considered at our discretion.
• No-shows or last minute cancellations will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
• If you arrive late for your session, the treatment will be shortened out of respect for the next client.
• The full service fee still applies, regardless of reduced treatment time.

Appointment Timing & Set-Up

• ​Your booked session length reflects the full hands-on treatment time.
• Please expect my arrival 15 minutes before your appointment.
• Allow 15 minutes before and after the treatment for setup and takedown.​

Privacy & Confidentiality

• ​Your privacy is deeply respected and protected. All personal information shared through intake forms, health history, or conversation is held in strict confidence.
• Electronic client records are securely stored and never shared without written consent, except when legally required.
• Payment information processed through third-party platforms (Janeapp) is encrypted and compliant with Canadian privacy laws.
